Public product support
Use the PlayLaunch support repository issue templates for bugs, accessibility reports, privacy requests, and advertising concerns. GitHub sign-in is currently required and the issue is public.
Private security reports
Use the repository private security advisory route for vulnerabilities. Never publish credentials, tokens, private project data, or complete backup files.
Response target
The current target is an initial acknowledgement within three business days. It is a target, not a guaranteed resolution time or continuous support commitment.
Known contact limitation
PlayLaunch does not yet publish a verified direct email, legal entity, physical address, or login-free privacy request form. This limitation must be resolved by the operator before claiming full global commercial readiness.
