Review checklist
- List the billing owner for every direct service, channel add-on and included bundle benefit. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
- Compare must-have programs and household viewing needs instead of judging only by catalog size. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
- Test the retained access before ending a duplicate route, especially when profiles or purchases may not transfer. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
