Subscription review guide

Resolve duplicate subscriptions across a household

Household duplicates require consent and account boundaries because similar charges can belong to different people and needs.

Advertising boundary: ads may appear only on this public page after consent. Personal subscription data from the app is never sent to advertising systems.

Review checklist

  1. Ask each account owner to confirm their own plan without exposing private receipts to other members. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
  2. Compare eligibility and profile migration before combining plans into a family or shared option. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
  3. Choose the plan to keep and confirm retained access before any owner cancels their separate subscription. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.

Scope

General guidance for reviewing your own subscriptions. Act only as the account owner or an authorized administrator.

Before you act

Removing an app entry or disconnecting an account does not stop the merchant billing you. Check renewal status with the actual billing provider and keep its confirmation.
