Review checklist
- Capture the discount basis, expiry condition and post-promotion price from the official offer terms. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
- Set a reminder before any required re-verification or automatic price transition. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
- Calculate savings scenarios with the future standard price rather than extending a temporary discount forever. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
