This explains Free-plan use, affiliate disclosure, privacy, retention, support, and data rights.
Basic tracking links and affiliate disclosure
Generated URLs are basic tracking links containing UTM and a LinkMax reference; they do not represent live affiliate approval. If a user later connects affiliate links or ads, the relationship disclosure supplied by the workspace must be published with them.
Privacy and automatic collection
Service name, role, destination URL, and plan inputs stay only in browser storage on this device when Save is selected and are not automatically sent to a LinkMax server. The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, browser information, and a security cookie as ordinary access records for security and delivery.
Prohibited information
Do not enter passwords, API secrets, cookies, identity documents, bank details, customer lists, or full database dumps into the Free or Fit workspace.
Retention, export, and deletion
LinkMax keeps no server copy of free local workspace data. Users can export JSON and, after explicit confirmation, delete only that workspace data. LinkMax cannot recover it after browser-data deletion or device replacement.
External links and responsibility
User-entered destinations and generated links may lead to external sites. LinkMax does not warrant their products, prices, privacy practices, legality, or availability; users must verify addresses and disclosure duties before publishing.
Help and operational support
The current public release provides Help, Trust, and local Fit export. It does not provide operator-bound support cases, emergency response times, or a service-level guarantee.
No revenue guarantee
Samples and simulations are for learning and validation and do not guarantee purchases, approval, revenue, or payout. This policy does not limit consumer rights provided by applicable law.
