Review checklist
- Capture the trial terms and exact time zone shown during enrollment rather than assuming a universal end time. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
- Verify whether cancellation ends access immediately or preserves it through the stated trial period. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
- Check the payment account after cancellation for a no-renewal state instead of trusting a local reminder alone. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
