Review checklist
- Label each observed price with country, currency, billing cycle, tax treatment and review date. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.

- Avoid presenting general tax information as personal legal or financial advice. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
