Review checklist
- Match the notice sender and destination to an existing provider account before treating it as billing evidence. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
- Extract effective date, old price, new price, currency and billing cycle without storing unrelated message content. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
- Compare the notice with the next invoice and correct the record if tax or discounts change the final amount. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
