Review checklist

1. Label variable plans clearly and calculate a range from comparable recent invoices instead of one guaranteed amount. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
2. Separate committed base fees from metered usage, credits, taxes and one-time adjustments. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
3. Show the assumptions and exclude future growth unless the user deliberately adds a scenario. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
