Avoid phishing when following a cancellation link

Review checklist

1. Prefer a saved official account page or provider-owned support domain over links in unexpected messages. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
2. Inspect the hostname and secure connection, and stop if a page requests recovery codes or unrelated payment details. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
3. When uncertain, open the provider app or type its known domain and navigate to billing from there. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.

Do not publish raw email, full card numbers, passwords or verification codes, including in support messages. Exporting data, disconnecting an account and deleting server data are different actions.
