Subscription review guide
Avoid phishing when following a cancellation link
Urgent cancellation messages and search advertisements can imitate provider pages, so verify the destination before signing in.
Advertising boundary: ads may appear only on this public page after consent. Personal subscription data from the app is never sent to advertising systems.
Review checklist
- Prefer a saved official account page or provider-owned support domain over links in unexpected messages. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
- Inspect the hostname and secure connection, and stop if a page requests recovery codes or unrelated payment details. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
- When uncertain, open the provider app or type its known domain and navigate to billing from there. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
Scope
General guidance for reviewing your own subscriptions. Act only as the account owner or an authorized administrator.
Before you act
Do not publish raw email, full card numbers, passwords or verification codes, including in support messages. Exporting data, disconnecting an account and deleting server data are different actions.
