Map subscription accounts without storing passwords
An account map can connect receipts to the correct login while storing only labels and never credentials.

Review checklist
- Create a local label for each personal, work and family email that may receive billing evidence. Record the source and review date so another person can reproduce the decision.
- Associate a service candidate with an account label only after an official receipt or account screen supports it. Keep uncertain items as candidates until the account owner confirms the billing relationship.
- Never place passwords, recovery codes, access tokens or full message bodies in account notes. Preserve a dated confirmation or export before changing an account, plan or renewal setting.
