Calculation order

1. Convert the user-provided international price and exchange rate to the selected weight.
2. Add freight and insurance.
3. Apply duty to the declared customs base.
4. Add processing loss and fixed processing cost.
5. Apply spread, VAT, percentage fee and fixed fee in the disclosed order.

Facts and assumptions

Unit constants and calculation order are disclosed facts. The price, exchange rate, freight, duty and other cost inputs are user assumptions unless a licensed data passport is attached.

Data passport

A passport binds instrument, provider, licence evidence, observation and receipt times, raw and converted values, exchange rate, unit factor, rounding, market state, quality and correction lineage to a SHA-256 identity. Stale or missing data is blocked.
